Daily Run

Went to the second swim class last night. I did a little better. Didn’t have the leg cramps like I did the first week. I thought I had made it then we started learning how to push off the wall. The coach said that if you do it right your leg could cramp. I must have done it perfect. My right calf became one big knot and would not relax. It is still sore today.

Today was a tempo run 8 x 4. It was a good run but the wind was out of the South West at 20 mph with gust up to 30 mph. That added a little more resistance to the run.
