Back At It

Took a rest day yesterday. I felt better and didn’t seem as congested but wanted to be safe than sorry.

Felt a lot better today and didn’t take any cold medication. Ran 8 easy miles this afternoon. My legs and joints felt funny when I started. It was almost mile 4 before the stiffness left my ankles and I felt I had found my stride. All, in all, a good afternoon and a good run.

Tues: 8 miles – 1:13:12, 9:08 pace

    Get well soon! A rest day sounds smart. “If it is in your head, get out of bed, but if it is in your chest, lay back and rest!” Make sure you don’t get it in your chest!
