On the Road Again

Two days rest was enough. I felt like I needed to test my legs.

Ran 5 miles this afternoon. Had a few little aches and pain but nothing major. Everything at this point is still in working order.

It is still unseasonably warm. Temperature was in the mid 70′s this afternoon breaking a 138 year old record. The high Saturday is to be in the 30s with a chance of snow.

Looking a races for the spring. Am considering the Mercedes Marathon in Birmingham, February 10. The medal is the Mercedes emblem…cool.

Mon: Rest
Tues: 5 miles – 47:51, 9:33 pace

    Looks like the recovery is going well. Well enough to be considering another marathon is a good sign.

    I’m supposed to be in Scranton, PA tomorrow with predicted temps of 29 and 6-8 inches of snow, BRRRR!

    I’ve had my eye on the Mercedes for a long time…hmmmmm…..you have me thinking……

    I’ve been thinking about the Mercedes half, I really want one of those medals!!
