Stretching Out

It was good to run this afternoon. The stiffness in my legs was all but gone today so, I ran an easy 4 miles to streach out my legs. A cool front came through yesterday and the temp this afternoon was in the upper 70s. Made for a great run.

Training for the week
Sun: 26.2 miles
Mon: Rest
Tues: Rest
Wed: 4 miles – 37:12, 9:16 pace

    Good to see you out running so soon after your experience in Chicago. The good news (if there is any) is that you didn’t beat yourself up in Chicago. You’ll be ready to go again in no time.
