December?

It was 72 degrees today, a record high! To run outside in shorts and a t-shirt in December is really a treat. I know that it will not last for long but it sure is nice.

Ran 3 miles this afternoon. Amy ran with me the first mile and a half. Legs were tight. It was good to take it slow.

    This time of the year, I’d start melting if the temperature hit 72 for a morning run. Of course, 4 months from now I’ll be praying for lows under 72. Enjoy it while you’ve got it.
