Daily Run – 1/21/06
As expected it was raining at 4:30 this morning. So I went back to bed. First time in a long time I stayed in bed until 7. Must have needed the rest. Ran after the girls basketball game. Rain had moved out of the area. At about the 8 mile mark in the park, a guy from that I know from church caught up with me. He stayed with me through the rest of the loop through the park. Made the time go faster but the pace was a little quicker that I would have taken it on my own. Four weeks down, 14 weeks to go until the Country Music Marathon.
The three George Sheehan books that I ordered came today. Looking forward to reading them.
