Daily Run – 1/20/06
Ran 6 miles this afternoon. One mile warm up and then 5 miles at marathon pace (9:00). Felt confortable with the pace. Temp was in the mid-60s with a wind from the South. Nice afternoon for January! Suppose to have rain over night. Hope is out of the area by the time I would like to run in the morning. The girls have their basketball game at 9 am. May have to wait until later in the day to run.
