2 Days of Sitting = 1 Good Run
Spent the last two days sitting in the parent’s sessions of freshman orientation at MTSU. It is amazing to me how little of the information has changed in the past four years. Well, I made it through and Sara is now registered for Fall. All that is left is to pay the bill in August!
So after basicly sitting for two days, I was ready to run this afternoon. It was another hot day. But it started to sprinkle as I headed out. The rain was light but it was nice. It was the first rain in any amount in the last two weeks. Just about the time I started the 8 x 100m strides, the rain stopped, the sun came out and the humidity shot up.
Ran a total of 8 miles.
