Race Week

I did my last 12 run Saturday and rested Sunday….Ran 5 miles yesterday and 4 this afternoon. It is race week! Tapering and waiting always makes me anxious.

Looks like the weather is going to be perfect, overnight lows in the 50s and high near 70 and mostly cloudy.

    The weather will be PERFECT!!! I am not trying to race.
