Some like it Hot!

Well if you like it hot, then you should have run with me this afternoon. It was well in the 90′s when I ran my 6 miles after work. Thought we might get some rain because it was thundering to the North but we never did. Kept stopping for water and kept an eye on my heart rate and speed. It was by no means the fastest 6 miles I have run but I can at least count the mileage.

    My A/C is having trouble keeping up with this heat. Great job getting out there and running in it!
    Put those miles in the bank and move on.
