Running The Race

Another weather front came through Sunday, so I has been overcast all day today.  The temperature this afternoon was in the mid-70′s with a 10 mph wind from the North.  It was a great afternoon to run.  You don’t see very many days this mild in the middle of June in Middle Tennessee.  Ran 6 miles at under a 9 minute pace.
