Today was the first day back at work after two weeks of vacation over the Christmas holidays. It was good to be back but it was also good to get home to run this afternoon. It was over cast but the temp was in the 50′s. Still not bad for January. Amy was home from work early, so she ran with me the first mile. I always enjoy it when we run. The heart rate monitor on the Garmin acted up again at the end of the run. Wish I knew what to do to keep it from losing the signal.
