Although the aftermath of St Jude, the severe ITB, was a real bummer, the race itself was something special. Glad you enjoyed yourself, again.

Nice report David. Great resturaunt!! I can just see it! That meal was a high point a year ago for my trip there!

Pacing…interesting situation. Isn’t it fascinating how those “rules of thumb” prove to be true?? So tough to hold back early, yet it is so true.
