All In A Row
Ever since I had a roommate one summer that would wake me up to tell my digital clock (a cool thing in 1970) said 1:11, I have noticed the alignment of numbers. I couldn’t help but notice all the 1s in a row in the Google widget I use for Bone In Motion.
Ran an easy 6 miles with Amy yesterday. She is making good progress toward running the Tom King Half in March. We are to the part now in her training that each long run is new territory for her. Yesterday was the longest she has ever run!
Ran 6 this afternoon with 6 x 100 meter striders. Temperature was around 40 and really felt good to be out running.
Training for the week
Sun: 6 miles – 1:05:33, 10:55 pace w/Amy
Mon: 5.15 miles w/ 6 x 100m strides – 44:31, 8:38 pace

I too have been intrigued by the numbers thing. I always notice the time or when the time and the radio station match, like 94.7 and 9:47. The odometer is always showing some interesting combo of numbers. I think it some inherent love of symmetry that makes them so fascinating.
That was a really nice week you put together last week.
