		<description>Good month -- 192 miles! I ran late morning (Outer Banks) in the rain and it was a good 6 miles. I barely made 100 miles this month but it&#039;s my 30th straight month of 100+ miles. Since we&#039;re heading back overseas in a week, it&#039;s probably my last 100 mile month for awhile -- at least until I get settled into a new location/job.</description>
