Back on Track
I feel like I’m making some progress. All systems look go for running the Tom King Half this coming Saturday. With the set back in training last month, I just hope I can keep up with Michele.
Monday, I ran 6 miles. Amy brought me lunch, so I didn’t make it to the Y.
Tuesday, was spin class mid-day and then 9 miles after work.
Wednesday, I headed for the pool at lunch.
Thursday, was spin class again and the 9 miles with strides in the afternoon.
Friday, was back in the pool and then 5 miles when I got home after work.
Saturday morning I ran 15 miles. I felt tired from the start but hung in there. I was just glad to be out running on Saturday morning.
