St. Jude Training – Week 4

Another week gone. Less than 100 days to race day.

The mileage continued to pick up this week and so did the pace.

Was out the door by 5:30, Saturday morning for a 15 mile run.

Caught up with Chris about mile 7 and ran with him by Ravenwood and through Raintree subdivision. He is training for the Huntsville Marathon.

A BIG congratulations to Michele. She placed first over all female at the Star Triathlon on Saturday.

Monday is the Franklin Classic, 10k.

looks like training is right on track. wish I could have run the 10k with you this morning but as it turns out my legs were dead and I had a VERY slow run. I would not have been able to keep up with you.
can’t wait for the race report.
