Productive Lunch

My accomplishment last week….four trips to the Y at lunch to swim. I am slow but I’m beginning to feel a little more comfortable in the water.

Training for the week
Sun: Rest
Mon: 5 miles – 43:16, 8:34pace, 500m swim
Tues: 5 miles – 45:16, 9:02 pace, 600m swim
Wed: Rest/Cycled after work
Thur: 4 miles – 35:24, 8:49 pace, 600m swim
Fri: 600m swim
Sat: 8 miles – 1:15:07, pace 9:22

Total for the week: 22 miles
