Slowly

Slowly getting back into the training mode.

Monday I did get to the pool at the Y during lunch. It was not a long swim but it was a start. Then ran 5 miles after work.

Today, I ran 5 miles again as a recovery run.

Training for the week
Sun: Rest
Mon: 5 miles – 43:30, 8:42 pace
Tues: 5 miles – 43:44, 8:44 pace
