Daily run

Beginning to get use to running as it is getting dark.What is a challenge is running intervals on a dark greenway. I just have to trust how the pace feels and depend on my watch beeping when I get out to the pace zone.

Ran 10 miles this afternoon with 4 x 1,200m intervals. The times for the intervals were 5:36, 5:42, 5:40, and 5:39.

Training for the week
Sun: Rest
Mon: 5.15 miles w/ 6 x 100m – 45:30, 8:49 pace
Tues: 10 miles w/ 4 x 1200m – 1:26:25, 8:34 pace
