Before Sunset
Since it now gets dark by 5 pm, I hurry home and out door to get at least part of my run in before the sun finishes its trek across the sky. Since today was a “short” day. I was finished before it got dark. That was a nice change.

David, I sure look forward to talking to you in Huntsville…I’d love to know more about what you do for a living! I envy you getting home in time to run before the sun goes down at 5!! That’s why I run in the morning…my afternoons are too long and too unpredictable!!!!
Nice you can have an easy run at 8:42!!

David — the way I get my run in before sunset is to do it before sunrise! Of course, that means that I start and finish in the dark most of the winter. I’ve enjoyed catching up with you via your blog. We’ve been in Richmond for 2+ years and plan to be here for just over 2 more. Maybe our paths will cross sometime. (Bob Allen)
