Easy Saturday
Since I didn’t have far to run this morning, I decided not to set my alarm last night. Finally got out of bed a little after 5. I piddled around and finally headed out the door about 6.
We had thunderstorms Friday evening and it was rather foggy this morning. Even thought the temperature was in the mid-60s, the humidity was 100 percent.
Ran an easy 7 mile out and back route at a 9:34 pace.
