Daily Run
Back into the swing of things. Had a busy day at work but managed to get to the Y at lunch and swim. I did 100m repeats and then practiced turning and pushing off the wall.
Ran 5 miles after work. Still trying to keep it slow but I could tell the strength in my legs is returning but cause it was not as slow as last week.

nice job with the cross training. I was a fish as a little kid – but now days I think I would drown. Glad your legs are recovering! That has got to feel good to see you gaining on the clock as you get back into your rythem.
