Ran 5 miles at a 9:30 pace this afternoon. Again it was rather warm. If it is this warm now, I can’t imagine what it will be like in July and August.

Yeah, it won’t be long until we’ll be taking every chance we get for an early morning run because it will be so hot in the afternoon. Maybe that will help get me out of bed.
You are doing the GJCC tri, right? I’ll be there too. Briar and I were both going to do it, but he’s been sick and I don’t feel he’s hardly ready, so I cancelled his registeration and he’s going to volunteer while I do the tri. See you there!!

I hope you have a GREAT JCC race!! If I was in town, I’d come cheer you on. Congrats as well on the AG place at your neighborhood race. It’s a great little race that has really grown.
I’ll be Charlotte, NC w/my family…will miss the Nville festivities. Hope to see you at Moon Pie????
