Daily Run

Swam yesterday during lunch. I did 3 x 200m. I know I am slow but could not have even done that in March.

We had a front come through Tuesday night. The high temperature today was 71! With the wind from the north at 10, if was very pleasant this afternoon.

I ran 7 miles with 8 x 100m strides. It was the first time I had done any strides since the marathon. It felt good to stretch my legs. The best part was my times, I got faster toward the end.

    Those strides really help to loosen you up … don’t know why it’s so hard to remember to do them some times. Nice workout.
