Cool Tool

Bones in Motion is a service that works with GPS in cell phones and allows you to track your work outs. To me the service is a little pricey and besides, I like my Garmin much better.

The cool part though is you can use the Bones in Motion online log for free. You can also, upload your information from your Garmin. But the coolest part is that you can publish the information to your blog!

I’ve included the info and graphics from the Tom King Half Marathon that I ran with Michele in March.

One more cool thing, if you use Google’s custom home page, there is a BIM widget what will display your weekly, monthly, and yearly mileage. It is a cool tool!
