Dependent

Got ready to run this afternoon turned on my Garmin and it displayed a warning… Low Battery.  Rats…. So I had to run without it.  I now realize how dependent I have become on the heart rate monitor and the beep for every one mile lap.

Ran my usual 6 miles this afternoon with “the hill” at mile 3.

    I have become dependent on my Garmin as well. But sounded like you did okay since this was the route you have ran severa times. I’m sure it was right at 6 miles.

    You’ll do well in moon pie. Just don’t eat up all the moon pie and RC Cola. Save some for me.
