Daily Run – 2/21/06
Ran 4 miles after work. The temperature was in the mid-5os! (If you don’t like the weather in Middle Tennessee, just wait a day. ) It was good to run in shorts and a long sleave shirt especially after the cold days we have had lately.
Work is rather stressful. A number of changes are taking place. Makes me look forward even more to my afternoon run!
